She oversees all client care and checks in periodically if you’re not working with her directly. Reach her anytime at amelia@soulpurpose.com or 813-545-7752.

I believe you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, whether that’s anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or the everyday stressors of life. Your experiences matter, and support is available.

I use a client-centered, compassionate, solution-focused approach, incorporating CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and grounding techniques based on your needs and goals, in a safe space where you can be yourself and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I work with individuals and families, tweens through older adults, navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship and family challenges, and the everyday struggles that affect emotional well-being.

I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in Florida and a Certified Life Coach, with a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University.

One of my favorite reminders is “one step at a time.” Healing doesn’t happen overnight, and progress simply means taking the next step. I would be honored to walk alongside you toward healing and a life that feels more fulfilling.

Hi, I’m Endrysa, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I work with children (ages 10+), teens, young adults, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, and executive functioning challenges.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor each session to the person in front of me, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you. I especially enjoy working with clients who are curious about themselves and ready for change, even if they’re not sure where to begin.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Trauma Studies, from Chestnut Hill College. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions in English and Spanish, with availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d be honored to support you as we work together toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more meaningful to you.
