Naomi Mack is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who works with teens, emerging adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, trauma, identity concerns, ADHD, LGBTQ+ issues, and life transitions. She provides a warm, trauma-informed space where clients can explore their experiences, build emotional regulation skills, and reconnect with themselves.
Her approach is integrative, drawing from humanistic, CBT, DBT, existential, and somatic-based practices while honoring each client’s unique pace and story. Naomi values the mind-body connection and often incorporates grounding, movement, and holistic wellness into her work.
Naomi earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and has experience in both community and private practice settings.
